Description

SWAY was built and launched by CNB Yacht Builders in Bordeaux, France in 2021. As the 19th CNB 66 built, she is one of the last of her type and benefits from an exceptional inventory including a carbon mast and boom, Hall Spars in-boom furling as well as a performance keel with lead bulb.


She has always been professionally maintained and her presentation and inventory is outstanding. The CNB 66 was extremely popular and benefits from four cabins as well as a set-up designed for her to be sailed with or without crew.

CONSTRUCTION

The white hull and structural bulkheads are made of vacuum infused PVC foam / glass / carbon and resin sandwich

Watertight bulkheads forward and aft – bulkheads are laminated and/or bonded to hull and deck

Deck made of composite/PVC foam sandwich is vacuum infused

Deck beams are carbon fibre reinforced

Keel fitted to the hull with s/s bolts

Twin hanging rudders with vacuum-infused rudder blades, s/s rudder stocks and JP3 bearings

Vectran cable on aluminium quadrant

Upgraded lead keel (2.95m)

Opening transom/swim platform giving access to tender garage

Additional sound insulation added to forward saloon bulkhead
