Description
TURCONERI combines traditional Baltic styling below with a sleek outward appearance and modern management technology. Her clean, uncomplicated lines by judel/vrolijk & co engineering ensure contemporary style and performance. She is easy to sail and features a goalpost-style structure to keep the single point mainsheet out of the cockpit. TURCONERI benefits from Baltic’s advanced carbon composite build methods for her hell and deck which reduces weight to only ca. 40 tonnes.
If the varnished teak interior is typical of the traditional Baltic style, then the electronic control systems, which represent the very latest technology at the time of her build, are an excellent example of Baltic’s innovative approach to new ideas and ability to manage complex electronic systems. The navigation electronics are undergoing a major refit at the moment. With all the boat’s operations monitored and controlled via a large touch screen providing visual and audio feedback, the yacht has proved particularly easy to sail and manage.
